This apartment is part of a listed Victorian house, Duncliffe, set on an elevated site on Bridgetown Hill. Duncliffe is centrally situated(5mins walk to the town centre, although maybe more on the uphill return)

A magnificent coastline and the splendour of Dartmoor are all within easy reach.

This well equipped annexe flat with high ceilings, stripped pine floors with oriental rugs and a marble fireplace, has a large room with 5ft double bed in a recess area, sitting room with sofa and armchairs, one of which converts into a single bed.

Off this room is the bathroom with shower.

The large fully fitted kitchen has electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining area for 4, with views onto the garden.

You are welcome to use the garden furniture on the lawns of Duncliffe's garden

Bookings are normally for one week but at certain times of the year it is possible to book for shorter breaks.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Hotwater is provided and central heating( morning and evening) but should you require extra heating there are convector heaters and a flame effect electric fire. Electricity for the cooker and electric heating is metered ( £1 coins)

If you would like to make a booking this can be reserved with a £40 Deposit.

The balance is payable on arrival.
